Book of Services

The Book of Services is a comprehensive guide to support available in London for mental health service users. We’ve recently added an insert to support those affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy.

This directory has been compiled by Different Voices – our mental health inpatient user involvement project, dedicated to shaping and improving inpatient mental health services in the boroughs of Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.

The Book of Services covers everything from organisations you can turn to in a crisis, to specialist support for older adults and help with housing or health. Every entry is based on the experiences and research of people using mental health services in London. The guide is a useful tool for people who are returning from hospital to the community, and for those on the journey to recovery.
