About the role
We are looking for an HR assistant to provide administrative support to our HR Administrator and to Healthwatch services.
The post holder will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR personnel and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documentation.
About Healthwatch
Healthwatch was set up in 2013 to champion the rights of health and social care users, and hold the health and social care system to account for how well it engages with the public. The Advocacy Project has been running the local Healthwatch service in Brent since April 2021, and is now also running Healthwatch Westminster and Healthwatch Kensington and Chelsea.
About The Advocacy Project
We help people who are marginalised or vulnerable because of their circumstances make their own choices about their lives. We support them to speak up and help improve important services we all need. We want to make sure people across all age and care groups – including learning disability and mental health – can:
- voice their concerns
- understand their rights
- make effective choices about what happens in their lives
We do this through advocacy services which support people individually, and user involvement projects that help organisations improve the services they offer.
How to apply
Upload your CV and a supporting statement explaining why you think you’re the person we’re looking for and how you meet the knowledge, skills and experience listed in the person specification. (NB we will only be accepting applications from candidates who upload both a supporting statement and CV).
