The voice of inpatient mental health service users in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea

What is Speakeasy

Speakeasy is a service user involvement magazine. Launched as an inpatient newsletter in 2010 at the Gordon Hospital, it became so popular it developed into Speakeasy – the voice of inpatient mental health service users in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.

Speakeasy provided a creative means for people who use inpatient mental health services to get their voices heard. It is an inventive and alternative way for people to be involved.
