SYNERGY is a speaking up group working in Camden. They are an Advocacy Project Team all with learning disabilities.
The Synergy team are a high functioning and established team of people with learning disabilities who work across Camden and North London to ensure that local groups, networks and organisations fully understand the importance of inclusive practices and communication for people with learning disabilities. SYNERGY attend local networks and deliver speaking up groups sessions for people with learning disabilities to develop their confidence in speaking up in their community.
Synergy will come together to deliver workshops on straight talking, host health events, jargon bust, develop inclusive interview processes and work to as much information as accessible as possible for people with learning disabilities.
