Why not book a time to talk with one of our advisers to see if we can help?
If I was a relative or friend of someone living in a care or nursing home, I would want to be able to ring someone who knows what should and shouldn’t be happening so I can ask for advice.
Perhaps you have a question about whether your friend or relative should be able to go out each week or you have concerns about where they live but you are not sure what you can do about it.
Perhaps your relative has just been admitted to a mental health ward. Or they’re living in their own home and you want to make sure they are getting the care and support they need.
We are a team of trained, experienced staff who are knowledgeable about health and social care support and legislation.
Book a time to talk to us, free of charge. Phone appointments are available on Mondays, 9am-4pm.
The supportline can help you to:
– find out what people are entitled to under the Care Act
– understand what a safeguarding process is and how it works
– get details about other useful organisations
