About this service
Healthwatch Brent listens to local people and makes sure their voices shape health and social care across the borough. We work with residents, community groups, and local services to understand what’s working well and where things need to improve.

What is Healthwatch?
Healthwatch is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. Across England, 151 local Healthwatch organisations help shape better care by gathering real stories, highlighting issues, and influencing decision-makers.
The Advocacy Project hosts Healthwatch services across London. Each team is embedded in its community, working with residents, grassroots groups, local councils and NHS providers to drive improvements and share trusted information about local services.
Did you know
Our Healthwatch teams also have a statutory power to carry out Enter and View visits, speaking directly with patients and staff to understand how services are working and recommend changes where needed. They also offer advice and signposting, helping people access care and know their rights when things go wrong.
Healthwatch turns people’s voices into action – making it a vital form of advocacy and a perfect expression of our vision: a world in which every person has a voice.
