What we do
For over 25 years, we’ve been supporting people to have their say and make informed decisions about their health, wellbeing, and social care.
Support when people need it
We believe everyone has the right to shape the decisions that affect their lives – and we’re here to make sure that happens.
We’re committed to giving the best support we can, breaking down barriers, and pushing through challenges. We strive to deliver high quality support and information that makes a difference.
We’re here to help people of all ages and backgrounds:
- understand their rights
- make choices that work for them
- are included in the decisions that affect them
- speak up when things aren’t right.
Our work includes:
- Advocacy services: making sure people can share their views and wishes when decisions are being made about their care and support.
- User involvement projects: helping organisations improve their services by listening and responding to the voices of people who use them.
- Local Healthwatch: our teams in Brent, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster act as independent champions for local communities and giving people a platform to share their experiences of health and care.
Our funded services are independent, confidential, and free for those who use them.
Together, our teams stand up for people’s rights and make sure that every voice is heard where it matters most. We work in partnership with the people we support and take their side, promoting co-production, social inclusion, equality and social justice.
