Working together to strengthen community voice
Your Voice in Health and Social Care (YVHSC) and The Advocacy Project are pleased to announce the formation of a new strategic partnership, bringing together two highly respected organisations with a shared commitment to empowerment, inclusion, and co-production.
This partnership reflects a collective ambition to maximise impact for communities by working more closely together, sharing resources, and developing joint opportunities across engagement, participation, and service delivery.
YVHSC brings recognised expertise in supporting children, young people and families through SENDIASS and carers services, while The Advocacy Project is a leader in the delivery of high-quality advocacy services. Both organisations are widely recognised for their strengths in engagement and community voice, and together will further enhance co-production practices that place lived experience at the heart of service design and delivery.
We are delighted to be entering into this partnership with The Advocacy Project. By combining our strengths and aligning our values, we have a real opportunity to deepen co-production, strengthen engagement, and ultimately improve outcomes for people who rely on our services.

A shared commitment
Through this collaboration, the organisations will explore a range of opportunities, including the development of joint initiatives, shared approaches to training and workforce development, and the creation of ringfenced employment pathways to support inclusive recruitment and progression. The partnership will also enable both organisations to build on their complementary strengths while maintaining their individual identities and areas of specialism.
Importantly, this arrangement is not a legally binding agreement. It represents a shared commitment to partnership working at this stage – focused on building trust, identifying opportunities, and delivering greater collective value for the communities both organisations serve.
This partnership reflects a shared vision for inclusive, person-centered support. By working together, we can extend our reach, learn from one another, and create new opportunities that benefit the people and communities we serve.
