Job title: Trustee  (with legal / HR experience)

Contract: 4 years with up to 2 terms

Salary: This is a voluntary position

Hours: 5 – 8 days per year

Location: Home working/London

Closing date: 12 noon, Wednesday 18th June 2025

With the appointment of our new CEO, we are embarking on a new chapter including undertaking a full strategic review. As we launch our new strategy, we are seeking a new trustee with a legal and or HR background to join our board. We are seeking people willing to bring energy, enthusiasm, fresh ideas and commitment to the board, to deliver the new strategy while bringing your own expertise.

Job title: Lived Experience Trustee

Contract: 4 years with up to 2 terms

Salary: While Trustee roles are normally voluntary, we don’t want affordability to be a barrier for those with Lived Experience, therefore we pay Reward & Recognition (R&R) for any duties you undertake as a Trustee.

Hours: 5 – 8 days per year

Location: Home working/London

Job title: Advocacy Service Manager

Contract & hours: Permanent; Part-time – 18.75 hours per week (2.5 days)

Salary: Starting salary – £29,750 per annum pro rata

Location: Ealing

Closing date: 12 noon, Thursday 31 July 2025

The post-holder will lead a team of advocates working with adults and young people across NH5 and private hospitals and the local community.

You will be required to provide line management support, be the point of contact for our stakeholders and ensure high quality deliver of our advocacy contracts.

Job title: Independent Advocate (Ealing)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £25,679 per annum

Hours: Full time; 37.5 hours per week

Location: Ealing

Closing date: 12 noon, Monday 04 August 2025.

The post holder will provide independent advocacy in various settings, including in the community, people’s homes, and hospital settings including mental health wards. You’ll raise awareness of advocacy, including for people from minority ethnic communities. You’ll work as part of a team of independent advocates, reporting to the Advocacy Service Manager.
